Brevard Safes (a DBA of Key-En-Lock LLC) collects only what’s needed to sell, deliver, and install your safe — and we never sell your personal information.

Three categories — and we’ll tell you what each is for.

What You Give Us

When you place an order or contact us: name, address, email, phone, and payment details needed to process the transaction. Account holders also have order history and shipping addresses stored.

Collected Automatically

Like most websites: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL. Used for site analytics, fraud prevention, and improving performance. No advertising tracking.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember cart contents, and measure site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site (especially checkout) may not work properly.

Every use is tied to running the business — no speculative data collection.

Payment Processing

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or our merchant gateway). Your card data is transmitted directly to them over an encrypted connection — we never see the full number.

Delivery & Install Crew
Your address, phone, and scheduling details — only to get your safe to the right place on the right day.
Payment Processors
PCI-compliant processors that handle card charges. They see payment data; we don’t.
Service Providers
Email, hosting, and analytics tools that help us run the site. Standard vendor relationships, no data resale.
Law Enforcement or Courts
Only when legally required — subpoena, court order, or valid legal process.

Data Retention

Order and customer records are kept as long as required for warranty service, legal, and tax purposes (typically seven years). You can request deletion any time — see Your Rights below.

Data Security

The site uses HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Sensitive customer data sits behind access controls — only staff who need it to service your order can see it.

*Except records we’re required to keep by law (tax, warranty, etc.)

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
