Welcome to Brevard Safes. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of brevardsafe.com and any purchase you make from us. By ordering from us or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Brevard Safes is a DBA of Key-En-Lock LLC, a licensed Florida locksmith company based at 720 Saint Clair St, Melbourne, FL 32901.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and include basic ground-floor delivery and installation within Brevard County unless stated otherwise. Stairs, upper floors, basement installs, and difficult-access sites carry an additional labor fee — we’ll quote it up front before you commit.
Prices, product availability, and specifications may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors — if we discover one on your order, we’ll contact you before charging.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (for example: suspected fraud, out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or addresses we can’t service).
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. Payment is due at the time of order for in-stock items. Special-order and custom-built safes require a deposit (typically 50%) with the balance due before delivery.
Delivery & Installation
Free ground-floor delivery and installation are included throughout Brevard County, Florida. Stairs, upper floors, basements, and tough-access installs carry an additional labor fee quoted before you order. See our Delivery & Installation page for the full scope of what’s included.
Lead times. In-stock safes typically ship in 3–7 business days. Special orders and larger safes built by Hayman Safe Co. typically take 2–4 weeks. We give our best estimate at the time of order; we’re not liable for delays caused by the manufacturer, shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Site access. You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal access to the installation location. If our crew arrives and cannot deliver or install due to access issues, stairs that require equipment we weren’t told about, or a site that’s not ready, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
All Sales Final
All sales are final once an order is placed. Because every safe we sell is professionally delivered and installed — and many are custom-built to order by Hayman Safe Co. in Oviedo, Florida — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after purchase. This policy applies to:
- In-stock safes once dispatched for delivery
- Special-order and custom-built safes once production has begun
- Any safe after delivery and installation at your location
- Installation labor, stairs/access fees, and delivery charges
Pre-dispatch cancellations. If you need to cancel before your in-stock safe has shipped, or before a special order has entered production, call us immediately at (321) 726-9499. We’ll refund in full if we can stop it in time.
Damaged on arrival. Inspect your safe before our crew leaves. If there’s shipping damage, we document it on the spot and file the claim with the manufacturer at no cost to you. Repair, replacement, or swap is handled through the claim process.
Warranty
Every safe carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand — ask before buying if warranty details matter to you. We’ll help you file warranty claims for the lifetime of your safe.
Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for one year. If an anchor fails, a hinge binds, or a lock we set isn’t working properly because of how we installed it — call us and we’ll fix it at no cost.
Safe Opening & Locksmith Services
If you lose your combination, lock yourself out, or need a safe opened after our crew has left, we offer locksmith services through Key-En-Lock at our standard rate. Call (321) 726-9499 for a quote.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost valuables, damage to the contents of a safe, or theft not prevented by the safe.
A safe is a deterrent and a protection tool — not a guarantee. No safe is completely impervious to fire, burglary, or damage. Fire ratings and burglary ratings are laboratory standards, not real-world promises.
Intellectual Property
All site content — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by Key-En-Lock LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, republish, or use it commercially without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Brevard County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
