Refund & Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because every safe we sell is professionally delivered and installed at your property, all sales are final once an order is placed.

What This Policy Applies To

Once an order is placed we begin allocating inventory, scheduling delivery, and in many cases starting custom manufacturing with Hayman Safe Co. in Oviedo, Florida — work that cannot be undone.

4 Installation labor, stairs/access fees, and delivery charges

What We Will Make Right

“All sales final” does not mean “you’re on your own.”

Damage in Transit

Inspect your safe before our crew leaves. Shipping or handling damage is documented on the spot and we file the manufacturer claim — at no cost to you. Repair, replace, or swap as part of the claim.

Manufacturer Defects

Every safe carries its manufacturer’s warranty — terms vary by brand. If a defect appears, we help you file the claim and coordinate the repair or replacement. Our suppliers are on speed dial.

Installation Workmanship

Our installation work is guaranteed for one full year. Anchor fails, hinge binds, or lock we programmed isn’t working right — call us, we fix it at no cost.

You Can Still Cancel

Pre-Dispatch Cancellations

If you change your mind before we dispatch an in-stock safe or before we start a special order, call us right away. If production hasn’t started and the safe hasn’t shipped from our warehouse, we can usually cancel for a full refund. We’ll confirm in writing.

For special orders, the cutoff is the point when Hayman Safe Co. begins production on your unit — we’ll tell you that date clearly when you order.

Why This Policy

We’re a small, locksmith-owned Florida business. Safes are heavy, expensive, and often custom-built. Accepting open-box returns on installed 700-pound safes would either mean raising prices for everyone or cutting corners on service, and we’re not willing to do either.

Instead, we put the work in on the front end: honest advice before you order, clear lead times, accurate quotes including stairs and access, and real support after the sale.

If you’re unsure whether a safe is right for you, call us before ordering. We’d rather spend 10 minutes helping you pick the right model than sell you the wrong one. That’s the whole job.
